About Massena's Lorikeet

The Massena’s Lorikeet (Trichoglossus haematodus massena) or Coconut Lorikeet is a small bird measuring 25 to 30 cm in length. The Coconut Lorikeets are monogamous birds. They live in very large bands. In the evening, they join their fellows in a dormitory tree.
