Emma White Eared Conure (Pyrrhura emma), also known as the Venezuelan Parakeet, occurs in the forested areas of the Venezuelan coastal range. It occurs in wet and humid foothill forests and adjacent clearings of these areas. These birds have loud and harsh calls, particularly when alarmed or distressed.
