About Cherry Finch

The Cherry Finch (Aidemosyne modesta), also known as the Plum Headed Finch, is a common species of Estrildid finch found in dry savannah and subtropical/tropical (lowland) dry shrubland. Measuring about 15 cm in length, it is a robust bird without a flamboyant livery.
